Calendar Possibilities

Last week was pretty stressful, and I hoped that was the worst of it, but today has been up there on the Richter scale as well, at least in parts. So looking at pix of the ginger ninja is a balm to my soul which is feeling a bit battered and bruised, and helps bring a needed smile to my face.
These three are contenders for the calendar. I know which one I like the best, but how about the rest of you?

  1. I can’t possibly choose. You are too hard a tadk master ( mistress). Sorry things are still tough. Have a bouquet of hugs to help!

      • Oh? Which one was that?
Still can’t choose a pic. Think you’ll have to have a ‘page a week’ or possibly even a ‘page a day’ calendar!
I make cards which I sell at the market. Great fun, and as you say, vaguely justifies the snap-habit.
Hope you’re feeling a bit better now?

  2. The last one! But then, the first one! Then again, the second one! OH dear! How many months in this calendar? Could you have small insets for the pics you can’t bear to not use?!

A little lemon balm for your battered soul, Isobel.

        • Thinking is as far as I have reached. I need to work out costs, including shipping. Alas, I do not have a business brain and these things confuse me.

        • I know the over the pond shipping is shocking. My niece sends us kinder bars and we pay her shipping.

        • Oh no, I meant being able to purchase regular note cards that I didn’t have to come to London to buy. As much as I would love to meet you in person Isobel I won’t be coming until there is a way to drive there! CH and I were just talking about your note cards and he thought you would have no trouble selling them locally. Now e-cards, there’s a concept. I know nothing about that though except for the Jacquie Lawson cards I send.

  3. I just took a deep breath – to help calm you. Maybe it won’t help you, but it sure felt good for me. 🙂 All three are wonderful but my favorite is the first one, Comfy. I will be eager to see which one you choose. I hope you are having a good night’s sleep.

  4. Oh goodness all of them are wonderful. If I had to choose, it would be the 1st or 3rd. I’m not good at selecting just one. I hope your stress levels diminish.

  5. How annoying it could be for you, Isobel, to hear one more in the chorus — but I have got to go with Lahgitana. In everything she says, including the lemon balm.

    • I may well make cards with some of them, until I get my long list ready I don’t know how many I have that are similar. Lemon balm, I think I have some, but I am more of a lavender girl. 🙂

      • I’m pretty sure that shocking our senses with an “other” kind of scent can do wonders for brain-lag and stress-ville.

I was out with the string trimmer last p.m. and whacked at the monstrous lemon balm. Big mess, but it smelled like lemon! There is philosophy in there somewhere. Go whack a lavender shrub–healing in a couple of ways! >:-D

Thank you for revealing your stressed situation so I could chime in the way you have chimed in for me while my head has been exploding.

I agree with Pix and CH–your cards will sell there just fine! Now that this idea is out in the ‘Verse, the pieces will fall into place, so no worries about THAT for now.

        Ommmmmm…..

  6. Wow, this is not an easy choice, is it? However, I think I live the last one best–the combination of relaxation and stretch. When we had cats–and my favorite I had for nearly 18 years, I can’t tell you many times I have witness that stretch–reach–whatever you want to call it.

I’m new, so I’m wondering if this is your cat. What a beauty. By the way, great to see you over at my place today. Thought I’d return the visit and mention how great it was to have you! Thanks so much!

    Hugs,
    Kathy
