Last week was pretty stressful, and I hoped that was the worst of it, but today has been up there on the Richter scale as well, at least in parts. So looking at pix of the ginger ninja is a balm to my soul which is feeling a bit battered and bruised, and helps bring a needed smile to my face.
These three are contenders for the calendar. I know which one I like the best, but how about the rest of you?
I like the second one!
How come I have to moderate you tonight! i shall keep quiet about my favourite for the moment, but does that mean you like that one best, or that you don’t like the others?
I am sorry, I am tired 🙂 I like all three actually, but the second is my favorite.
Lovely! All three!
I have a weakness for head shots, but i like al three too.
I love all of them. The last most of all because although he has his eyes closed he looks ready to rock at any second!
Which he would be if he heard a bluebottle…
I like “Comfy” best – there’s love in those eyes – but they’re all gorgeous…….he’s such a doll.
Pam
I sometimes thinks he resents it if i sit on the sofa too. 🙂
I can’t possibly choose. You are too hard a tadk master ( mistress). Sorry things are still tough. Have a bouquet of hugs to help!
Thanks, Julia.
I like the last one. I love when kitties sleep all twisted. It makes me smile
He does that a lot.
I love the second one, perfect sleep – such an angelic kitty face
Looks are sometimes deceptive. 🙂 adorable, yes;.
Can’t choose – they are all gorgeous. He is surely one very happy cat.
Sorry to hear you are needing balm for your soul.
Hope things pick up soon.
I was thinking about a post you wrote a while ago, and thinking I need to reread it.
Oh? Which one was that?
Still can’t choose a pic. Think you’ll have to have a ‘page a week’ or possibly even a ‘page a day’ calendar!
I make cards which I sell at the market. Great fun, and as you say, vaguely justifies the snap-habit.
Hope you’re feeling a bit better now?
The last one! But then, the first one! Then again, the second one! OH dear! How many months in this calendar? Could you have small insets for the pics you can’t bear to not use?!
A little lemon balm for your battered soul, Isobel.
I think cards is the answer. Selling them would make sense of my photo habit!
If cards were available on line, blank note cards, I would purchase them! Have you been thinking about it?
No reply needed, I just read your comment down the page.
Thinking is as far as I have reached. I need to work out costs, including shipping. Alas, I do not have a business brain and these things confuse me.
I know the over the pond shipping is shocking. My niece sends us kinder bars and we pay her shipping.
I don’t know how that works! You mean to send as e-cards? Please enlighten me further. 🙂
Oh no, I meant being able to purchase regular note cards that I didn’t have to come to London to buy. As much as I would love to meet you in person Isobel I won’t be coming until there is a way to drive there! CH and I were just talking about your note cards and he thought you would have no trouble selling them locally. Now e-cards, there’s a concept. I know nothing about that though except for the Jacquie Lawson cards I send.
I was getting all fired up! Got to go in a mo’. Will think if time or able.
I just took a deep breath – to help calm you. Maybe it won’t help you, but it sure felt good for me. 🙂 All three are wonderful but my favorite is the first one, Comfy. I will be eager to see which one you choose. I hope you are having a good night’s sleep.
Is there anything more comfortable than a comfortable cat? I slept like a log until four, and got off to sleep again about five thirty, so not bad. Thanks.
It’s really hard to choose, the three are great! But I’d say the second one!
Purrs
The head shot? Thanks for the vote.
Yes.
Purrs
Perfect Sleep. Without a doubt. No question.
Very decisive!
I know what I like!
Seriously Isobel those are some very special awesome pictures of Master B.
Oh goodness all of them are wonderful. If I had to choose, it would be the 1st or 3rd. I’m not good at selecting just one. I hope your stress levels diminish.
Thanks, for the vote. Stress still high, but am taking steps.
How annoying it could be for you, Isobel, to hear one more in the chorus — but I have got to go with Lahgitana. In everything she says, including the lemon balm.
I may well make cards with some of them, until I get my long list ready I don’t know how many I have that are similar. Lemon balm, I think I have some, but I am more of a lavender girl. 🙂
I’m pretty sure that shocking our senses with an “other” kind of scent can do wonders for brain-lag and stress-ville.
I was out with the string trimmer last p.m. and whacked at the monstrous lemon balm. Big mess, but it smelled like lemon! There is philosophy in there somewhere. Go whack a lavender shrub–healing in a couple of ways! >:-D
Thank you for revealing your stressed situation so I could chime in the way you have chimed in for me while my head has been exploding.
I agree with Pix and CH–your cards will sell there just fine! Now that this idea is out in the ‘Verse, the pieces will fall into place, so no worries about THAT for now.
Ommmmmm…..
I do hope you are right. So I have to put my energy behind it and go with the flow?
Aww he’s so gorgeous! All 3 shots are perfect – it’ll be a pity to just choose one.
He is gorgeous in all of them…but number two is my pick
I showed my Kiwi friend your blog. She was intrigued as her mother lives in the Bay of Plenty.
Oh whereabouts does she live ?
‘Perfect sleep’…. oh.. i changed my mind. All of them. 🙂
Best foot forward. It shows how contorted his body is, whilst his face is serene in sleep.
I hope things are bearable xxx
May call you.
You are killing me here……… the purrrfect sleep for the purrrfect cat! Lovely shots all of them! 🙂
Wow, this is not an easy choice, is it? However, I think I live the last one best–the combination of relaxation and stretch. When we had cats–and my favorite I had for nearly 18 years, I can’t tell you many times I have witness that stretch–reach–whatever you want to call it.
I’m new, so I’m wondering if this is your cat. What a beauty. By the way, great to see you over at my place today. Thought I’d return the visit and mention how great it was to have you! Thanks so much!
Hugs,
Kathy
Thanks, yes he is my cat. I enjoyed your post very much. I came to you via Laurel.
Here we can register for postal votes. Is that available in the US?
Very sweet. A winner to me. Thanks for visiting my blog.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Thanks. The middle one made the final cut!
