working on it! and have hope that I may be able to travel again… gigantic YAAAAAAAY! Already “planning” to fly into the airport you talked about outside the city. >:-D
That’s sweet. To see the Lowry exhibition, or is the turbine hall the attraction? Highly recommend Tas by the Globe if you are looking for lunch. Or the Tea House Theatre Vauxhall if you venture west. It’s right by Vauxhall City Farm.
I like the world through your eyes and I like those red boots too.. 🙂
I like this challenge. I may continue with it in later posts. It begs photos of little details and quirks that catch my eye. It also m’a me aware that mots of the time I record the things that please my eye. Yesterday I walked by two people sleeping on a walkway in the middle of the day. They were obviously homeless. I did not think of taking a photograph, but it shocks and upsets me that the problem of homelessness continues to grow and that besides so much affluence people are reduced to living on the streets.
*Your* post here and all the ones for Southbank make me want to visit! >:-D
Well, get well and get travelling!

Not Luton? I don’t think it does transatlantic flights. Gatwick is calmer than Heathrow.
you can bet I’ll be asking your advice *when* the time comes, Isobel. beware!

It is a world in itself, and I loev the way it is treinvented each sumer. Have you signed the petition to save the skate park?
Gosh, I didn’t know it was in danger. Where’s the petition?

thank you.
Love those red boots 🙂 Annie
Yes, me too. What with those and the two ladies in 40s garb, I felt very underdressed. 🙂
Oh, one of my favourite walks, Isobel. I’ll be there next weekend. Fabulous pictures.
I shall hope you have good weather. Are you going to a performance?
No, Felix wants to go to the Tate Modern for his birthday treat.
