Polytunnelled Kent

From a rise, we looked back and down to a field. It was shiny and looked a bit like bubble wrap. We wondered. Polytunnels perhaps?
Much later, as we started to gather our blackberries we were able to confirm our guess.

Celia had heard of people complaining how Kent was turning into a polytunnel county. From down the slope we peered at what was growing, Strawberries, I guessed.
I went closer for a better look.

  1. I didn’t know what you were talking about for a sec and then I saw your third shot and thought “hey we have those here”. Hopefully the squirrels won’t be getting to those strawberries. The squirrels beat us to all of ours!
