Well, Sydney does not disappoint. What a beautiful city. I have been out and about today, walking and on the ferry, accompanied for much of the time by Alison, Octavia's friend, and it has been lovely.
I'm staying two nights with Alison and Bruce before going to see my cousin Victoria and her family. The generous hospitality I have received in Australia is humbling. I have a lot of debts to pay when my hosts come to London.
It's quite late now, and I need to be up betimes in the morning, so more pictures and words tomorrow.
